Dominika MISZTELA

PhD Director, Global Regulatory Science, Policy and Intelligence - Europe, Global Regulatory Affairs, R&D, CSL

Dominika works since 2024 as CSL's Director for Global Regulatory Science, Policy & Intelligence, Europe, where she leads on the identification and analysis of policy issues impacting CSL’s entire portfolio (small molecules, vaccines, recombinant therapeutics, gene therapy, and plasma derivatives) and emerging dynamics, and translating them into clear technical and policy assessments and strategic direction for the company. She brings strong knowledge of EU health and regulatory policy structures, as well as U.S. and Rest-of-World regulatory systems, with extensive stakeholder engagement including WHO and OECD.

In the past, she held global roles in regulatory policy at the Plasma Protein Therapeutics Association (PPTA) and served as the Associate Head of Unit at the European Organisation for the Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC). Dominika holds a PhD from the University of Oxford (Molecular Immunology) and a BSc in Biochemistry and Immunology (Joint Honours) from King's College London.
