Kavita PATEL

Since June 2024, Kavita Patel has served as the Managing Director of Roche Hellas SA, overseeing operations in Greece and Cyprus. In this role, she focuses on delivering transformative medicines and innovative healthcare solutions to create a better tomorrow for patient and families across both markets.
Kavita brings over 20 years of pharmaceutical experience to the region. After joining Hoffmann-La Roche in 2002, she held various international leadership positions at the company’s Basel headquarters and with Genentech in the U.S. Her expertise spans the entire product lifecycle—from R&D to commercialization—with a specialized focus on global patient access and customer-centric strategies.
She holds a PharmD and an MBA from Drake University and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research at the University of Washington. An advocate for professional development, she is an active member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and Roche’s Women Professional Group.
