Dr. McClain is the Global Programmes Senior Manager at Rare Diseases International. She completed her PhD in epidemiology at Tulane University and has a Master of Science degree in clinical exercise physiology.

With a passion for data-driven decision-making, Dr. McClain brings a unique blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and deep expertise in epidemiological methods to drive impactful outcomes in her work and for individuals living with rare disease.

Throughout her career, she has leveraged real-world evidence to inform policies, improve health outcomes and translated complex data into actionable insights that resonate across teams, stakeholders, and decision-makers. Further, she is deeply curious and seeks opportunity for continual learning.
