Eirini Agapidaki holds a B.Sc. in Psychology, a MSc. in Health Promotion & Education and a PhD in Health Psychology with 10+ years of teaching research experience in the fields of Public Health Policy, Research Methods in Public Health & Health Promotion as well as in Mental Health Promotion. She has been working on several national and EU research projects as a research associate at the Center for Health Services Research, Department of Hygiene, Epidemiology and Medical Statistics at the Medical School of Athens University.

Eirini was elected as a Lecture in Public Health in the School of Medicine in the European University Cyprus and left this position in 2019 to take over the Special Secretariat for the Protection of Unaccompanied Minors at the Ministry of Migration and Asylum. She has published many research papers in peer-reviewed journals and gave presentations in many national, European and international conferences.
