Etienne REGULIER is currently the Head of Market Access, Pricing and Public Affairs (EMEA) at Santen. Etienne is a very dynamic and engaging team leader with deep expertise in Global and Regional Market Access Strategy, Pricing, Health Economics and Policy across multiple indications. He has an advanced degree in Neuroscience and Gene Therapy and over 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with 14 years in Market Access, Pricing & HEOR experience (>11 years in Orphan Drugs & 3 years in Cell and Gene Therapy).

Etienne is currently highly involved in public affairs/ policies activities aiming at unlocking better patient access to innovative therapies including an active participation into EUCOPE & TRANSFORM, vice-Chair of ARM EU Market Access & Value Recognition Advisory Group and active contributor to the WHO Novel Medicines Platform
